Exchange and return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days , counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging (original factory product). We do not accept returns on products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.

*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15 for purchases from November 20.

The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.

Once we receive the package, we will deposit the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase cash on delivery or by bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the payment.

Do not use the product packaging directly. Pre-wrap the product with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. If you return a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it does not suffer damage.

• Exchanges in Spain have a cost of 5€
• Returns from Spain by delivery point have a cost of 7€
• Returns from Spain with home collection cost 8.5€.
• Returns from the rest of the EU by delivery point have a cost of 15€
• Returns from the rest of the EU via home collection cost 20€

In the case of an international shipment , if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost (collection from the transport company plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs, will be deducted from the refund.

Inside the package you send us you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order and indicating what you request.

Wrong product

If the product you have received is not the one you purchased, send us an email to  cambios@padelproshop.com putting the reference of your order in the subject, including the following photos:

• General product photo
• Tag photo

Warranty

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The management and processing times for returning a product covered by Warranty depends on the brand.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same.

The amount covered by the guarantee is the amount paid for the product.
To process the guarantee, send us an email to   cambios@padelproshop.com putting in the subject the reference of your order, including the following photos:

If they are padel rackets:

• Photo of the defect
• General photo of the product (handle included) on both sides
• Photo of the 3 sides (top, left and right)
• Photo of the barcode and/or QR

If they are shoes:

• Photo of the defect
• General product photo
• Photo of the label (where the codes can be clearly seen)
• Photo of the soles

For any other items:

• Photo of the defect
• General product photo
• Tag photo

If the defect is not visual, attach video.

Warranty

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.

The management and return processing times for a product covered by warranty depend on the brand.

The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material. All blades may contain paint defects.

In the favorable case of acceptance of the guarantee, the shipping costs of the product are assumed by Padel Pro Shop. Likewise, if the product has been covered by the warranty, the amount paid for the product will be taken into account.

The amount covered by the guarantee is the amount paid for the product.
