WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The guarantee period since the product is purchased is 2 months.
The warranty doesn't cover damage due to improper use, manipulation or wear caused by normal use of the material.
How to make a change of size or product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery of the order, to make a change. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original package and completely new. We don't accept changes of products that have been used.
During Christmas time we have an extended return period until January 15th for purchases from November 20th

How to make a money return?

To make a return you will have to send us the product or products you want to return to the following adress:

Within the package that you send us, you must put a paper noting the reference of your order (9 letters) and telling that you request a refund of the money. The shipping cost for a return will be paid by the customer, except if it's a defective product or an erroneous shipment. In this case, they will be covered entirely by Padel Pro Shop.
Once we've received the package, we will make the deposit of the return to the same card with which you made the purchase, or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase on delivery or by bank transfer, please add your account number on the paper to make the deposit.
