What is the shipping cost?

It depends of the amount of your order. If you buy from the European Union the shipping costs are from 7€, if you buy from the rest of the world the shipping costs are from 25€. To see the final price exactly, please add what you want to buy to the chart and select your country.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipments to Europe are delivered in 2-3 business days and shipments to the rest of the world between 2 and 5 business days.

For what reasons can I exchange or return an item?

What is the cost of an exchange or return?

The return itself is free, but the customer must bear the costs of transport to our offices.


How to make a change of size or producto, or a money return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days, from the date of delivery of the order, to make a change or a money return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original package and completely new. We don't accept changes of products that have been used.

How should I prepare the package for its return?

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging. Make sure that it is adequately protected so that it does not suffer damage during transport.


If the product is broken or damaged, can I get a new one?

The product will be cover by our warranty during the first two months from your purchase. If there is any damage caused by a factory defect, send us an email to cambios@padelproshop.com with photos of the product in question and we will arrange a new one for you. The warranty doesn't cover damage due to improper use, manipulation or wear caused by normal use of the material.


How will I receive my refund?

You will receive the refund on the same card from which you made your purchase. If you bought through PayPal, the refund will be made directly to your account.


How do I make an online purchase?

Once you have added it, a message will appear and you will have to select if you want to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.
